Resetting snapshot for all agents
Steps to resetting snapshot. If you observe above screenshot, It doesn't show Recent deployment project name,Planned deployments,Last successfull deployments and next deployment details. It will show new button as create InitialDeployment which we dont see generally when agents and site are healthy. When you try to deploy new project or click on create initial deployment button ,It will fail saying current snapshot is not valid To fix this issue, Stop the agents. Delete or rename agent servers folders exists in atg/ATG-Data/servers( ex: xxx.store,xxx.aux01). Start agents. (While starting up agents, It will pick up data from publishing DB tables(ex; epub_target, epub_project, epub_prj_tg_snsht) and load data in BCC) 4. Click on createInitialDeployment button to initialize deployment with snapshot id creation for all agents.
